The referee ignored Wolfwalkers F.C.'s protests and gave Marcial Petri a yellow card for diving instead. Marcial Petri kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. KP Karmel's Emil Imbor got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Janusz Lech fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Obeko having to interfere. A collision led to KP Karmel getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Dawid Jeziorkowski hit a great ball. Ciro Emenon scored 0-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucjan Rudy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ezequiel Orlo during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of KP Karmel booed when Wolfwalkers F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Petri didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 38 minutes of play Wolfwalkers F.C.'s Marcial Petri was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After the first half Wolfwalkers F.C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reynaldo Calvet to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, KP Karmel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tolek Pieprz to maneuver through the defense.
