The Golden Tigers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Anthony Volpe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarah Al Shemali, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anthony Volpe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fared Al Adsani, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Anthony Volpe came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Golden Tigers's Mansour Al Ramzi. But to his dismay, Mansour Al Ramzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. A nice corner shot did that Davide Mameli got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aadil Al Harban quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Aadil Al Harban stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ciccio Ritacco's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute, Jarah Al Shemali ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anthony Volpe was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Jarah Al Shemali scored 0-4 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anthony Volpe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anthony Volpe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mansour Al Ramzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Fared Al Adsani notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Squadra de Pippe's Anthony Volpe. Anthony Volpe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Anthony Volpe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fared Al Adsani in the 34th minute of play. Hakem Khorshed took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anthony Volpe. Anthony Volpe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Anthony Volpe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hakem Khorshed, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Hakem Khorshed took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anthony Volpe. Anthony Volpe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mansour Al Ramzi made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Squadra de Pippe's zone, Fared Al Adsani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anthony Volpe came out of the goal and Fared Al Adsani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fared Al Adsani's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Anthony Volpe firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Squadra de Pippe's Daniele Luongo got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 92nd minute, Golden Tigers's Hakem Khorshed dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. The crowd rose to their feet as Hakem Khorshed kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anthony Volpe. That made the score 0-12 in the 96 minute of play. Golden Tigers's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
