Spectators: 7569 (Terracing: 5678, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Antoine Norton kicked off to start the match. Bernardino Gomez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antoine Norton in the 3rd minute of the match. Serafin Dantae charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafin Dantae the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sport Lisboa e Benfica booed when Valhalla Time was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafin Dantae didn't get a good kick on the ball. Domingo Jacindo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emanuel Bazinet came out and tried to block the shot, but Domingo Jacindo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. Antoine Norton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antoine Norton in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardino Gomez saved Valhalla Time from getting behind. In the 16th minute Antoine Norton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Gomez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardino Gomez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antoine Norton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardino Gomez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antoine Norton in the 27th minute of play. If Antoine Norton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st match minute, Valhalla Time was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogelio Mino to maneuver through the defense. Antoine Norton scored 1-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernardino Gomez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Antoine Norton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernardino Gomez was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. 37 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Antoine Norton fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antoine Norton in the 39th minute of play forced Valhalla Time's goalkeeper Bernardino Gomez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremias Telesforo charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jeremias Telesforo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Valhalla Time's Jeremias Telesforo got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Antoine Norton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gualterio Filipo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 56 minutes Valhalla Time's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emilio Hankins who took care of the corner kick. Antoine Norton took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardino Gomez. Bernardino Gomez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The supporters of Valhalla Time booed when Sport Lisboa e Benfica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lewis Horn didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antoine Norton in the 76th minute of play forced Valhalla Time's goalkeeper Bernardino Gomez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardino Gomez was a little too slow when Antoine Norton got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 1-3. In the 95th minute, Antoine Norton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Aurelio Perez fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valhalla Time's protests and gave Aurelio Perez a yellow card for diving instead. Aurelio Perez hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Sport Lisboa e Benfica's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
