New England Minas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tullidos FC the free kick. After 12 played minutes New England Minas got a freekick which was hit by Ken Rutherford. Segundo Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Astudillo in the 13th minute of play. Segundo Gol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Astudillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dallas Seymour was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, New England Minas's Segundo Gol got control of the ball when Radoslaw Cupial tried to sneak it across the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, New England Minas's goalkeeper Segundo Gol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandro Valdés. David Astudillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The shot was a little too simple and Segundo Gol could save by the left post. Sandro Valdés fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Segundo Gol having to interfere. With a little luck, New England Minas's Segundo Gol got control of the ball when Radoslaw Cupial tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the New England Minas defense, David Astudillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Segundo Gol. The New England Minas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Segundo Gol should have stopped the shot. The New England Minas fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tullidos FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
