The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pierre-Emmanuel Voisin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mateusz Pryputnicki kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. La Pointe Courte's Raymond Lherbier was substituted for Tim Quantin. A collision led to Modlau getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Artur Adamski hit a great ball. Dobromir Rzeszutko might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sabri Fouquet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dobromir Rzeszutko ran back to his position shaking his head. Witomir Wojno kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Lew Yashin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pierre-Emmanuel Voisin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Modlau's Artur Adamski got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
