The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 11 minutes into the game, KN ZGORZELEC's Tolek Sniegowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Koit Haav made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. If Üllar Vagula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Piotr Pietrowiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Onkel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Koit Haav showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tolek Sniegowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Üllar Vagula might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Piotr Pietrowiak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Üllar Vagula ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 27th match minute, KN ZGORZELEC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wincent Penczkowski to maneuver through the defense. Üllar Vagula could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Piotr Pietrowiak made a huge save. Koit Haav made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolek Sniegowski in the 34th minute of play. If Tolek Sniegowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Antoni Pisarczyk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Koit Haav. FC Muuga United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Antoni Pisarczyk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samuel Onkel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FC Muuga United's Koit Haav played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolek Sniegowski in the 52nd minute of play. Antoni Pisarczyk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Koit Haav came out and tried to block the shot, but Antoni Pisarczyk slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 53rd minute. Samuel Onkel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Koit Haav was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Tolek Sniegowski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tolek Sniegowski really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. Koit Haav took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Koller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, FC Muuga United's Üllar Vagula got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Koit Haav was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wincent Penczkowski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 73 minute of play. Koit Haav didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan Koller went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. In the 82nd minute of the match, Antoni Pisarczyk tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Koit Haav saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Witomir Nigbor scored 0-9 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Koit Haav, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 94 minutes into the match, KN ZGORZELEC's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Onkel came free, but Piotr Pietrowiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KN ZGORZELEC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
