The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Rolando Silvestre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paul Gary was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Valleslona F.C.'s Tirso Benito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Ogden in the 16th minute of play. Francisco Temple lost his temper 23 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 23rd match minute, Tango en Miami FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Temple to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute of the match Caitano Ponce sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paul Gary skillfully saved the ball. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Roman Ogden sped through Valleslona F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tirso Benito. 31 minutes into the match, Lance Willard notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Valleslona F.C.'s Tirso Benito. Tirso Benito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38thth minute of the game Rolando Silvestre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tango en Miami FC's Paul Gary was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Valleslona F.C. booed when Tango en Miami FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Scotty Estrada didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roman Ogden to strike the kick off in the second half. Tano Hidalgo charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tano Hidalgo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 52nd match minute, Valleslona F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tano Hidalgo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Ogden in the 53rd minute of play forced Valleslona F.C.'s goalkeeper Tirso Benito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tirso Benito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Ogden, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Lamine Yamaleev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Paul Gary made a huge save. After 61 played minutes Valleslona F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Tano Hidalgo. Valleslona F.C.'s Tirso Benito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Ogden in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Musko Paris in the 64th minute of play forced Tango en Miami FC's goalkeeper Paul Gary to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Tango en Miami FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Scotty Estrada hit a great ball. Valleslona F.C. made a substitution. Gartzea Bermejo replaced Musko Paris. Valleslona F.C. made a substitution. Belo Titos replaced Lamine Yamaleev. After a rather tough play, Tango en Miami FC's Scotty Estrada got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Rolando Silvestre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tirso Benito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Scotty Estrada in the 78th minute of play. When Tango en Miami FC's Scotty Estrada in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Tango en Miami FC's players were relieved. If Roman Ogden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paul Gary showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Cortes in the 90th minute of the match. Tirso Benito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Scotty Estrada, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. When Arturo Cortes fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valleslona F.C.'s protests and gave Arturo Cortes a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tango en Miami FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Pat Lozano hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Valleslona F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tango en Miami FC.
