Olympiacos FC's Anastasios Perakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rollin Stones in the 21st minute of play. If Gerasimos Pappagiorgas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernabé Madrid might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anastasios Perakis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernabé Madrid ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot 33 in the game by Gerasimos Pappagiorgas from a close distance when the talented Adolfo Sandaili managed to make a qualified save. River Plate ® 9-12's players were relieved. Anastasios Perakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernabé Madrid in the 35th minute of the match. Panos Ntountas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Sandaili having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Olympiacos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabé Madrid came free, but Anastasios Perakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fotis Nousias's late challenge caught a River Plate ® 9-12's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fotis Nousias helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th match minute, Olympiacos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fotis Nousias to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute, Fotis Nousias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olympiacos FC's Anastasios Perakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernabé Madrid in the 49th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Olympiacos FC's Xosé Lim got a free kick in the 57th minute. Notis Trontzos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Notis Trontzos took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adolfo Sandaili. Adolfo Sandaili dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a rather tough play, Olympiacos FC's Grigoris Plexioudas got a free kick in the 75th minute. Adolfo Sandaili took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Notis Trontzos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Panos Ntountas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adolfo Sandaili was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Panos Ntountas in the 84th minute of play forced River Plate ® 9-12's goalkeeper Adolfo Sandaili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute, Xosé Lim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mías Nico kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
