When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Kaspar Berger sped through Clube Esportivo Saudade's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ritchie Roig. Aage Weiss made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gudesteo Zabalo in the 18th minute. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Clube Esportivo Saudade's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adnan Stork was slow to take the kick. During this time Borussia Ostermoordorf's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Borussia Ostermoordorf's Adnan Stork to fire away a dangerous shot which Ritchie Roig despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Armando Reina hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Reina in the 30th minute of play forced Borussia Ostermoordorf's goalkeeper Aage Weiss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adnan Stork hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute Armando Reina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aage Weiss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Prudencio Galego hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clube Esportivo Saudade's Ritchie Roig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adnan Stork in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Borussia Ostermoordorf were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute, Sandor Borchert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59thth minute of the game Bernat Laredo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Borussia Ostermoordorf's Aage Weiss was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gudesteo Zabalo hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Aage Weiss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gudesteo Zabalo, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Adnan Stork sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Clube Esportivo Saudade's Ritchie Roig proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Clube Esportivo Saudade from getting a goal against them. Kaspar Berger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Ritchie Roig made a huge save. In the 78th match minute, Borussia Ostermoordorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigo Moschel to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute, Gudesteo Zabalo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Gudesteo Zabalo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clube Esportivo Saudade's supporters rose to their feet, but Gudesteo Zabalo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aage Weiss breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernat Laredo in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aage Weiss saved Borussia Ostermoordorf from getting behind. Aage Weiss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gudesteo Zabalo in the 87th minute of the match. When Bernat Laredo came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Clube Esportivo Saudade fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernat Laredo couldn't finish the play. Rigo Moschel charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rigo Moschel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Clube Esportivo Saudade booed when Borussia Ostermoordorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigo Moschel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Borussia Ostermoordorf players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
