Montechiarugolo AFC's Fortunato Lepori proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Montechiarugolo AFC from getting a goal against them. Fortunato Lepori was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Werner Uhl showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Domenic Bowser was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Montechiarugolo AFC the free kick. 17 minutes in the game Merrill Mays did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Garrett McCullough. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Nelson Insfrán played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniele Cammarota in the 19th minute of play. If Edmondo Santilli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tyron Jacobsen hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Domenic Bowser kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. When Edmondo Palomba came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Montechiarugolo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmondo Palomba couldn't finish the play. Werner Uhl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Fortunato Lepori made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniele Cammarota in the 36th minute of play forced EL LOBO DE MIAMI's goalkeeper Nelson Insfrán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Montechiarugolo AFC's Edmondo Palomba was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nelson Insfrán in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Nelson Insfrán made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniele Cammarota in the 39th minute of play. Fortunato Lepori made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Rob Singer sent off a good shot on target. Rob Singer succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 42nd playminute. A collision led to EL LOBO DE MIAMI getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Domenic Bowser hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Daniele Cammarota made a precise shot to the right of Nelson Insfrán. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Werner Uhl made a kick off. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Nelson Insfrán played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniele Cammarota in the 58th minute of play. Fortunato Lepori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kraig Rowley in the 60th minute of the match. Montechiarugolo AFC's Fortunato Lepori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rob Singer in the 67th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Kraig Rowley managed to get in a good position for a shot. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's supporters rose to their feet, but Kraig Rowley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fortunato Lepori breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Werner Uhl got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Merrill Mays during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Merrill Mays kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmondo Santilli in the 73rd minute of play forced EL LOBO DE MIAMI's goalkeeper Nelson Insfrán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 minutes, Werner Uhl made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Montechiarugolo AFC's Fortunato Lepori tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 85 played minutes EL LOBO DE MIAMI got a freekick which was hit by Vaughn Priest. EL LOBO DE MIAMI's Nelson Insfrán played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniele Cammarota in the 86th minute of play. Edmondo Santilli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kraig Rowley took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fortunato Lepori. Fortunato Lepori dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Edmondo Palomba received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nelson Insfrán came out and tried to block the shot, but Edmondo Palomba slotted it home off the left post making it 4-2 in the 97th minute. Many of Montechiarugolo AFC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Montechiarugolo AFC may have spent more time on the ball, but EL LOBO DE MIAMI were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
