Đuro Brezović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Lesardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Pedrinho de Queirós made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when King Thorin sent off a good shot on target. Bard Bowman succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 13th playminute. Seyfettin Haktanır's late challenge caught a Gondor FC™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Seyfettin Haktanır helped the player get up and apologised. After 16 played minutes Alfa FC got a freekick which was hit by Seyfettin Haktanır. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Bard Bowman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gondor FC™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Bard Bowman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedrinho de Queirós breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 18 played minutes Alfa FC got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Lobo. In the 19th match minute, Alfa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felippe Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that King Thorin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedrinho de Queirós was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. When Gondor FC™'s King Thorin in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alfa FC's goalie prevented a goal. The referee ignored Alfa FC's protests and gave Christian Linares a yellow card for diving instead. After recieving a nice pass, Gondor FC™'s Frodo Baggins tried to score from far away in the 28th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Stamenko Gudelj hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bard Bowman got free with Pedrinho de Queirós in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gogo Lesardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Đuro Brezović having to interfere. The supporters of Alfa FC booed when Gondor FC™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stamenko Gudelj didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hamid Hamedović to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Alfa FC's zone, King Thorin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedrinho de Queirós came out of the goal and King Thorin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfa FC's Pedrinho de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamid Hamedović in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gondor FC™'s goalkeeper Đuro Brezović, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Alfa FC's Felippe Fonseca got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Đuro Brezović made an important save on a dangerous shot by Denílson de Souza in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Gondor FC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Lesardo came free, but Đuro Brezović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteban Lobo kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Alfa FC made a substitution. Ferreirinha Vinhas replaced Denílson de Souza. After 69 played minutes Alfa FC got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Lobo. After having played for 72 minutes, Bard Bowman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gondor FC™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Bard Bowman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Alfa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bard Bowman came free, but Pedrinho de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Renan Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Alfa FC booed when Gondor FC™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bard Bowman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hamid Hamedović succeeded in the game's 82nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Hamid Hamedović might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedrinho de Queirós. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hamid Hamedović ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 91st match minute, Alfa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Lobo to maneuver through the defense.
