In the 5th match minute, The Original Wonderteam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janes Wolput to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ballkam Sportsklubb's zone, Stein Staes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Odin Saue came out of the goal and Stein Staes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 12 minutes, Halvdan Strømsvåg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ballkam Sportsklubb and the The Original Wonderteam players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th match minute, Ballkam Sportsklubb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Halvdan Strømsvåg to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of The Original Wonderteam booed when Ballkam Sportsklubb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yoachim Sterkx didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th play minute Stein Staes came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Odin Saue. 1-0. Antoine Ivens made in the 36th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Ballkam Sportsklubb's Lars-Erik Wathne. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikki Kassa in the 38th minute of play forced The Original Wonderteam's goalkeeper Yannis Specht to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stein Staes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maarten Snikis got free with Yannis Specht in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ballkam Sportsklubb's Odin Saue played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Janes Wolput in the 54th minute of play. Yoachim Sterkx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Yannis Specht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars-Erik Wathne in the 58th minute of play forced The Original Wonderteam's goalkeeper Yannis Specht to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Janes Wolput kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Yannis Specht made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maarten Snikis in the 66th minute. Maarten Snikis in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Yannis Specht, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 81st match minute, The Original Wonderteam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antoine Ivens to maneuver through the defense. Ballkam Sportsklubb made a substitution. Fredrik Olavesen replaced Yoachim Sterkx. After a rather tough play, The Original Wonderteam's Antoine Ivens got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind The Original Wonderteam's goalkeeper Yannis Specht, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, The Original Wonderteam's Yannis Specht got control of the ball when Maarten Snikis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maarten Snikis in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yannis Specht prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yannis Specht took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikki Kassa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Ballkam Sportsklubb's Fredrik Olavesen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Yannis Specht. That made the score 2-1 after 92 minutes of play. Ballkam Sportsklubb made a substitution. Arthur Lode replaced Nikki Kassa. Ballkam Sportsklubb's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because The Original Wonderteam had won, even though Ballkam Sportsklubb had held more of the ball.
