In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Finninge Fotboll's goalkeeper Per Enegren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kenneth Limmer took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Per Enegren. Per Enegren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. A collision led to Finninge Fotboll getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Algot Molin hit a great ball. Ed Skittrall scored 0-5 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Per Enegren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bernt Joensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chris Hemsley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Joensson in the 42nd minute of the match. Jess Haslett hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 45th match minute, Finninge Fotboll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernt Joensson to maneuver through the defense. Per Enegren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenneth Limmer in the 47th minute of the match. The Finninge Fotboll players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Elderslie Magpies were winning 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernt Joensson was the one to do the kick off. After 52nd play minutes Ed Skittrall shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Per Enegren and just under the crossbar into goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Ed Skittrall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Elderslie Magpies's supporters rose to their feet, but Ed Skittrall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Per Enegren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Per Enegren was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kenneth Limmer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 59 minute of play. Bernt Joensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ed Skittrall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Elderslie Magpies's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Erik Åkesson came free, but Chris Hemsley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Finninge Fotboll's zone, Ed Skittrall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Per Enegren came out of the goal and Ed Skittrall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Kenneth Limmer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st match minute, Finninge Fotboll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viktor Lenberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute, Kenneth Limmer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Per Enegren. The goal made the score 0-10. Elderslie Magpies's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
