Zelg FC's Gualtiero Nacht got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniele Huri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gregg Graber kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. If Yvon Candamil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. In the 47thth minute of the game Daniele Huri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fillos de Breogán's Jesús Quiroga was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yvon Candamil made a kick off. Ereinotz Lacorte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marian Anderjoli having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Fillos de Breogán's goalkeeper Jesús Quiroga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thimotheus Nolle. Jesús Quiroga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugene Mullis, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fillos de Breogán's zone, Thimotheus Nolle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesús Quiroga came out of the goal and Thimotheus Nolle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yvon Candamil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Marian Anderjoli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th match minute, Fillos de Breogán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jusepe Zamora to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Zelg FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Daniele Huri hit a great ball. Marian Anderjoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yvon Candamil in the 71st minute of the match. Daniele Huri kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the game, Eugene Mullis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zelg FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fillos de Breogán the free kick. A collision led to Zelg FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. The Zelg FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Zelg FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
