Spectators: 7553 (Terracing: 5666, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lithuanian amber's goalkeeper Kęstutis Luzeckas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Motiejus Drevinskas hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 10th minute Fritz Dostie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kęstutis Luzeckas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 minutes of play, Lithuanian amber's Rupertas Garbauskas made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roy Blake was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Lucien Velasquez fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Qikiqtarjuaq FC's protests and gave Lucien Velasquez a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Qikiqtarjuaq FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Lucien Velasquez hit a great ball. With a little luck, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Roy Blake got control of the ball when Remigijus Damijonas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute, Lithuanian amber's Motiejus Drevinskas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Kęstutis Luzeckas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fritz Dostie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lithuanian amber's Rupertas Garbauskas in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Qikiqtarjuaq FC defense, Remigijus Damijonas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roy Blake. The Qikiqtarjuaq FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roy Blake should have stopped the shot. Mitch Reeves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucien Velasquez in the 51st minute of play forced Lithuanian amber's goalkeeper Kęstutis Luzeckas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mitch Reeves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kęstutis Luzeckas having to interfere. Fritz Dostie kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After 54 played minutes, Lithuanian amber's Ignas Janilionis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Roy Blake came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lithuanian amber reached it. Roy Blake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Motiejus Drevinskas in the 59th minute of the match. Roy Blake came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Lithuanian amber's Nedas Galinaitis. But to his dismay, Nedas Galinaitis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Nedas Galinaitis struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Roy Blake didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lithuanian amber. Nedas Galinaitis hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Nedas Galinaitis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roy Blake made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigijus Damijonas in the 77th minute of play. Roy Blake took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nedas Galinaitis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Lithuanian amber booed when Qikiqtarjuaq FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jewel Coats didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roy Blake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Motiejus Drevinskas in the 87th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Florencio Bernier got a free kick in the 89th minute. Mitch Reeves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kęstutis Luzeckas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
