The crowd rose to their feet as Marvin Holbrook kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hubert Versluys. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Rodger Calloway received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hubert Versluys came out and tried to block the shot, but Rodger Calloway slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 6th minute. After having played for 8 minutes, Troy Murry managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stowe City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Troy Murry was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dillon Yoder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Leers in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Kristiaan Van Den Broeck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dalmore's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Stowe City the free kick. The supporters of Stowe City booed when Dalmore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristiaan Van Den Broeck didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 played minutes Dalmore got a freekick which was hit by Stef Salms. In the 15th minute, Weston Laird sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Dalmore's Hubert Versluys didn't even have to move. Stowe City made a substitution. Carl Haley replaced Troy Murry. In a very dangerous position, a player in Stowe City fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! After some careless play in the Stowe City defense, Alfred Leers kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dillon Yoder. The Stowe City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dillon Yoder should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Dalmore booed when Stowe City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Haley didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute Nicky Uijtterhoeven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dillon Yoder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Stowe City's Ricky Gardner got a free kick in the 30th minute. Hubert Versluys showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricky Gardner in the 33rd minute of the match. Cliff Robinson struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Hubert Versluys didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stowe City. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kenneth Sargent stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hubert Versluys showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricky Gardner, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Dimitri Huvenaerts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dillon Yoder having to interfere. If Alfred Leers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hubert Versluys showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricky Gardner in the 64th minute of the match. The Dalmore fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Dalmore's Alfred Leers looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 71 minutes into the match, Stowe City's goal looked a bit too open when Nicky Uijtterhoeven came free, but Dillon Yoder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hubert Versluys took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marvin Holbrook, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th match minute, Dalmore was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicky Uijtterhoeven to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute of the match, Alfred Leers tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dillon Yoder saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 91st match minute, Stowe City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodger Calloway to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Stowe City's Carl Haley got a free kick in the 97th minute. Dimitri Huvenaerts could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Dillon Yoder made a huge save. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
