The referee showed Edward Eschendaal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Boca Gregorian Juniors getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Edward Eschendaal hit a great ball. Eddy Reitsma didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nilson Massa went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 25th minute, Harold Kuipers made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Fábio Leme. Los Bacanas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Luiz Fábio Leme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harold Kuipers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Célio Dionísio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eddy Reitsma having to interfere. Eddy Reitsma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Célio Dionísio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Harold Kuipers scored 1-4 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Fábio Leme, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
