Maximiliano Barros made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 27thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Eustaquio Elivareo would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximiliano Barros got free with Eustaquio Elivareo in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the game, Filiberto Matteo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Delmiro Marcones was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maximiliano Barros might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eustaquio Elivareo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximiliano Barros ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 41 minutes, Ezequiel Fiz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Al-Femur FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ezequiel Fiz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maximiliano Barros's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Eustaquio Elivareo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Al-Femur FC booed when DeportivoIndependienteMDP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustaquio Elivareo came out of the goal and Benigno Benet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eustaquio Elivareo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Barros in the 61st minute of the match. Eustaquio Elivareo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Fiz in the 64th minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Al-Femur FC's Ezequiel Fiz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eustaquio Elivareo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximiliano Barros in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eustaquio Elivareo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. DeportivoIndependienteMDP's Eustaquio Elivareo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Macerio in the 75th minute of play. Ezequiel Fiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of DeportivoIndependienteMDP booed when Al-Femur FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benigno Benet didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Maximiliano Barros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eustaquio Elivareo was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Eustaquio Elivareo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iker Macerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 90th play minutes Maximiliano Barros shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Eustaquio Elivareo and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience was convinced that Maximiliano Barros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eustaquio Elivareo was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. For all the effort they put into the match, the DeportivoIndependienteMDP players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Al-Femur FC.
