In the 31st minute, Ronald Lacour reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ernesto Montenegro. The goal made the score 2-0. Ernesto Montenegro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ernesto Montenegro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Franck Gigot showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 47 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Franck Gigot made a kick off. Ernesto Montenegro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Franck Gigot hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Fierce's Achille Bouleau got a free kick in the 80th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Fierce's goal looked a bit too open when Flávio Veloso came free, but Valérien Combettes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernesto Montenegro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Franck Gigot's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. William Bueno's late challenge caught a Fierce's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 86 played minutes, Fierce's Jonas Demol shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ernesto Montenegro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fierce reached it. 92 minutes into the game, Mathis Robles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fierce's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cambotinha EC the free kick. Mathis Robles hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Fierce had won after a very even match.
