Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5626, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) Astillero del Guayas's Ricart Azcunaga started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC FORZA MARTIRE's goalkeeper Timo Agar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, FC FORZA MARTIRE's Tõnu Lippus got a free kick in the 6th minute. Tõnu Lippus made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Astillero del Guayas's Rodney Cosca. If Rodney Cosca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18thth minute of the game Henry Bada who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC FORZA MARTIRE's Timo Agar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 18 minutes, Henry Bada made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC FORZA MARTIRE's Timo Agar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, FC FORZA MARTIRE's Ervin Kont got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goal looked a bit too open when Ervin Kont came free, but Vinicio Collado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Timo Agar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Bada in the 26th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, FC FORZA MARTIRE's Vinicio Collado threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Maido Sõõrumaa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ervin Kont sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When FC FORZA MARTIRE's Elmut Okspuu in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 52nd minute, Henry Bada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tavo Jalakas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timo Agar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henry Bada in the 59th minute. The supporters of FC FORZA MARTIRE booed when Astillero del Guayas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Carredano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, FC FORZA MARTIRE's Lauri Lest tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Elmut Okspuu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute Cruz Navarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timo Agar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Timo Agar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricart Azcunaga in the 81st minute of play. Vinicio Collado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elmut Okspuu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC FORZA MARTIRE had played much better football throughout.
