Brian Soria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konrad Gotfryd in the 8th minute of the match. Brian Soria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Percha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute Leonard Percha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Soria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th match minute, Brunatni Bełchatów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylwester Piwowarski to maneuver through the defense. Konrad Gotfryd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Brian Soria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brian Soria stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonard Percha's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Konrad Gotfryd struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Brian Soria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brunatni Bełchatów. Konrad Gotfryd scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Brian Soria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Konrad Gotfryd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brian Soria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Percha in the 32nd minute of play. Konrad Gotfryd might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Brian Soria. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Konrad Gotfryd ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonard Percha in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brian Soria saved Formation Pure Lyonnaise from getting behind. The supporters of Brunatni Bełchatów booed when Formation Pure Lyonnaise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Bernal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Brunatni Bełchatów's Konrad Gotfryd got a free kick in the 36th minute. Yohann Prévôt's late challenge caught a Brunatni Bełchatów's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yohann Prévôt helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Formation Pure Lyonnaise getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Yohann Prévôt hit a great ball. Brian Soria came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Brunatni Bełchatów's Leonard Percha. But to his dismay, Leonard Percha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After the first half Brunatni Bełchatów were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Davy Giacomoni stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Konrad Gotfryd's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Brian Soria firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 59th match minute, Formation Pure Lyonnaise was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Étienne Lebret to maneuver through the defense. After 64 played minutes Brunatni Bełchatów got a freekick which was hit by Remigiusz Wozniak. With his leg Brian Soria managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Brunatni Bełchatów's Leonard Percha fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sylwester Piwowarski hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Brian Soria made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Andrzej Kosakowski sent off a good shot on target. Leonard Percha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Brian Soria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomasz Harendarski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Étienne Lebret in the 88th minute of the match. After 89 minutes, Lucjan Arendarski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brunatni Bełchatów and the Formation Pure Lyonnaise players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lucjan Arendarski hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Tomasz Harendarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davy Giacomoni, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Formation Pure Lyonnaise's Rodrigo Péret got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
