Spectators: 7530 (Terracing: 5649, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) Lennart Lundhberg made the kick off and thus started the match. Isak Smed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isak Smed received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Josef Lundblad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 6 minutes into the game, Kåre Wassenius recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Josef Lundblad. Kåre Wassenius showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Benjamin Löfgren scored 1-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rutger Cane, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lennart Lundhberg struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Rutger Cane didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pauliström. Benjamin Löfgren hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Pauliström's Linus Vollander got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Pauliström's Josef Lundblad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kåre Wassenius in the 33rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Stakbröte's Christian Sigfridsson got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute, John Granqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Josef Lundblad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isak Smed, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute, Kåre Wassenius left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stakbröte fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After 61 minutes, Kåre Wassenius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stakbröte and the Pauliström players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st minute, Kåre Wassenius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Lennart Lundhberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pauliström's supporters rose to their feet, but Lennart Lundhberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rutger Cane breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th match minute, Stakbröte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Sigfridsson to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute Kåre Wassenius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josef Lundblad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Josef Lundblad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kåre Wassenius in the 77th minute of the match. Pauliström's Benjamin Löfgren got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kåre Wassenius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josef Lundblad having to interfere. Stakbröte's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
