Jan Pazura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peder Nordmark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 played minutes F.C. Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Blicharz. After 42 minutes, Daniel Blicharz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C. Sosnowiec and the Black is Back players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to F.C. Sosnowiec getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Daniel Blicharz hit a great ball. After 43 played minutes Black is Back got a freekick which was hit by Bo Pihlblad. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jim Larsfält stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jan Pazura didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rickard Knutsson went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, F.C. Sosnowiec's Norbert Borowski got a free kick in the 62nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maciej Harbaszewski during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Black is Back booed when F.C. Sosnowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maciej Harbaszewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the match, F.C. Sosnowiec's Maciej Harbaszewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Michael Mårtensson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 77 played minutes F.C. Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Bogumil Banach. 78 minutes into the match, F.C. Sosnowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Rickard Knutsson came free, but Jan Pazura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to F.C. Jan Pazura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Larsfält, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maciej Harbaszewski in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michael Mårtensson saved Black is Back from getting behind. Roman Wodaszak charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roman Wodaszak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jan Pazura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rickard Knutsson in the 89th minute of play.
