But to his dismay, Júlio Brodel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Reinaud De Schutter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dino Urbano in the 6th minute of the match. KFC Paal-Tervant's Reinaud De Schutter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wesley Mangueira in the 8th minute of play. With a little luck, BLACK STAR FC's Geraldo Furtado got control of the ball when Kim Van hoegaerde tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wesley Mangueira in the 12th minute of play forced KFC Paal-Tervant's goalkeeper Reinaud De Schutter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th minute, Wesley Mangueira made a precise shot to the right of Reinaud De Schutter. KFC Paal-Tervant's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 17 minutes into the match, Ramón Moura had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reinaud De Schutter. KFC Paal-Tervant's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ramón Moura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After 20 minutes, Roben Bauweleers mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KFC Paal-Tervant and the BLACK STAR FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Raúl de Senna took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Reinaud De Schutter. KFC Paal-Tervant's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Reinaud De Schutter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wesley Mangueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Reinaud De Schutter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dino Urbano went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. A collision led to KFC Paal-Tervant getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Kim Van hoegaerde hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the game, Dino Urbano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Reinaud De Schutter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 33 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's goal looked a bit too open when Ramón Moura came free, but Reinaud De Schutter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BLACK STAR FC's Geraldo Furtado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save BLACK STAR FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of BLACK STAR FC booed when KFC Paal-Tervant was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilian Weynants didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half BLACK STAR FC were leading 1-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kim Van hoegaerde was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Viktor Gijselinkx during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of BLACK STAR FC booed when KFC Paal-Tervant was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Gijselinkx didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roben Bauweleers kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Reinaud De Schutter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Urbano in the 61st minute of play. Reinaud De Schutter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dino Urbano in the 63rd minute of the match. 66 minutes into the game, Dino Urbano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-7. Reinaud De Schutter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 69th minute, Wesley Mangueira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Reinaud De Schutter. The goal made the score 1-8. Geraldo Furtado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilian Weynants in the 74th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as BLACK STAR FC's Dino Urbano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Reinaud De Schutter. That made the score 1-9 after 77 minutes of play. In the 81st minute Zé Pedro Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reinaud De Schutter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KFC Paal-Tervant's Reinaud De Schutter proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save KFC Paal-Tervant from getting a goal against them. 87 minutes into the match, BLACK STAR FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kim Van hoegaerde came free, but Geraldo Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, KFC Paal-Tervant's Viktor Gijselinkx got a free kick in the 87th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Ramón Moura could shoot a difficult shot in the 90th minute, which Reinaud De Schutter however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 94 minutes, Raúl de Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BLACK STAR FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raúl de Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th match minute, KFC Paal-Tervant was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roben Bauweleers to maneuver through the defense. BLACK STAR FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
