The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tato Rosas kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Paco Perez came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Åhus Absolut F.C's Hjalmar Nyman. But to his dismay, Hjalmar Nyman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 10 played minutes U Alcaravaneras got a freekick which was hit by Tato Rosas. Paco Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnny Broman in the 13th minute of play. Candido Dobale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Jorge in the 16th minute of play forced Åhus Absolut F.C's goalkeeper Alvar Thorsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, U Alcaravaneras's Felix Jorge dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Jorge in the 19th minute of play forced Åhus Absolut F.C's goalkeeper Alvar Thorsberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 24 played minutes U Alcaravaneras got a freekick which was hit by Marciano Herrera. U Alcaravaneras's Paco Perez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnny Broman in the 26th minute of play. Paco Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hjalmar Nyman in the 30th minute of play. Paco Perez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johnny Broman's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Paco Perez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from King Skott in the 35th minute of play. Candido Dobale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Alvar Thorsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvar Thorsberg made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Candido Dobale sent off a good shot on target. Paco Perez came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Åhus Absolut F.C's Johnny Broman. But to his dismay, Johnny Broman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Jorge got free with Alvar Thorsberg in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

55 minutes into the game, Primitivo Carceles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. U Alcaravaneras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Åhus Absolut F.C the free kick. In the 55th match minute, U Alcaravaneras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Carceles to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute, Jan Bergsten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 73rd minute, one of U Alcaravaneras:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for U Alcaravaneras. Alvar Thorsberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candido Dobale in the 76th minute of the match. Alvar Thorsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Dobale in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Åhus Absolut F.C's goalkeeper Alvar Thorsberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 83 minutes into the match, Åhus Absolut F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Jorge came free, but Alvar Thorsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvar Thorsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Dobale, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Marcelino Rapado struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Alvar Thorsberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U Alcaravaneras. Alvar Thorsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Jorge, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. A collision led to Åhus Absolut F.C getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Rolf Beckeman hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute, Michel Soldado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, U Alcaravaneras's Eneko Raya got a free kick in the 98th minute. Åhus Absolut F.C's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
