Spectators: 7216 (Terracing: 5353, Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Octav Zglimbea took the kick off in the first half of the match. Leo Froylan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 4th minute, Andrei Babarada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgar Șora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionisio Mundo, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Froylan in the 7th minute of play forced Alinborger Galați's goalkeeper Edgar Șora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Șora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciriaco Igon in the 18th minute of play. Edgar Șora didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eusebio Libertad went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Alinborger Galați's Edgar Șora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Libertad in the 28th minute of play. Dionisio Mundo took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgar Șora. Edgar Șora dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Edgar Șora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Palban in the 33rd minute of play. Octav Zglimbea hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leo Froylan in the 36th minute of play forced Alinborger Galați's goalkeeper Edgar Șora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Leo Froylan notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Alinborger Galați's Edgar Șora. Edgar Șora was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 41 minutes into the match, Alinborger Galați's goal looked a bit too open when Ciriaco Igon came free, but Edgar Șora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st match minute, Alinborger Galați was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Spânu to maneuver through the defense. When Andrei Babarada fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alinborger Galați's protests and gave Andrei Babarada a yellow card for diving instead. After 48 played minutes Alinborger Galați got a freekick which was hit by Andrei Babarada.

The wind increased when Dionisio Mundo made the kick off in the second half. Gonzalo Bonano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octav Zglimbea in the 55th minute of the match. Edgar Șora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusebio Libertad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciriaco Igon in the 59th minute of play forced Alinborger Galați's goalkeeper Edgar Șora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Alinborger Galați's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Froylan came free, but Edgar Șora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute Remigio Txartiko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Șora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 64 minutes into the game, when Dacian Ifrim put in a rough tackle. 64 minutes into the game, one of Alinborger Galați:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Eusebio Libertad received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edgar Șora came out and tried to block the shot, but Eusebio Libertad slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 71st minute. Edgar Șora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Froylan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Petru Vătăşel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute, Chesterfield's Ciriaco Igon ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edgar Șora. Edgar Șora yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. 82 minutes into the match, Chesterfield's goal looked a bit too open when Petru Vătăşel came free, but Gonzalo Bonano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 minutes of play, Chesterfield's Eusebio Libertad made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgar Șora was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alinborger Galați's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Eusebio Libertad scored to the left of an out of position Edgar Șora, making the score, 0-8. Edgar Șora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Froylan in the 98th minute of play. Eusebio Libertad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Edgar Șora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Chesterfield left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Alinborger Galați.
