Angelo Barros charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angelo Barros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Leon Sport Club getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Angelo Barros hit a great ball. In the 6th minute, Edmundo Freire hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zdzislaw Dziuma kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Júlio Tróia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Piotr Marciewicz. KS Zryw Rybitwy's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Piotr Marciewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Arce in the 17th minute of the match. Juliusz Ciborek took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victor Chilavert. Victor Chilavert dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Leon Sport Club's Clemente Arce got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 33 minutes into the game, Vágner Teixeira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leon Sport Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KS Zryw Rybitwy the free kick. After 33 played minutes Leon Sport Club got a freekick which was hit by Vágner Teixeira. A hard shot by Bogdan Wojno from long distance, 34 minutes into the match, got Victor Chilavert's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a defensive mix-up in KS Zryw Rybitwy's zone, Cauan Garcia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Piotr Marciewicz came out of the goal and Cauan Garcia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to KS Zryw Rybitwy getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Zdzislaw Dziuma hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Leon Sport Club's Clemente Arce got a free kick in the 46th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Clemente Arce was the one to do the kick off. Piotr Marciewicz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vágner Teixeira went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Cauan Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Piotr Marciewicz having to interfere. Victor Chilavert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juliusz Ciborek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th match minute, KS Zryw Rybitwy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juliusz Ciborek to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juliusz Ciborek in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victor Chilavert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When KS Zryw Rybitwy's Miromir Miodek in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Leon Sport Club's goalie prevented a goal. Cauan Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Piotr Marciewicz having to interfere. Piotr Marciewicz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Clemente Arce showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 96 minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
