Miguel Belo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After 29 minutes of play, Garanhão do SUL's Cassiano Calçada made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrézinho Gaúcho was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 33 minutes, Lucas Meireles mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garanhão do SUL and the Maxaranguape - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcel Leite to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55thth minute of the game Miguel Belo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Andrézinho Gaúcho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eduardo Breckenfeld kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Andrézinho Gaúcho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Madeira in the 57th minute of play. After 72 played minutes, Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Eduardo Botelho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joel Maciel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Maxaranguape - FSCMZ reached it. 74 minutes into the match, Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Cerqueira came free, but Andrézinho Gaúcho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Cássio Madeira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Joel Maciel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcel Leite in the 87th minute of the match. Luís Eduardo Quadros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute of the match, Marcel Leite tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Joel Maciel saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. José Lousada kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
