The referee felt a red card was in order, 3 minutes into the game, when Cecilio Gutxi put in a rough tackle. In the 2nd minute, one of Rivermania FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rivermania FC. In the 5th minute there was a penalty for Acilia Town. Fabio Pugliese stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ceferino Dominix. 0-1. Serafino Chuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldo De Cesaris kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, Nereo Fresco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Donato Stefano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ceferino Dominix showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Vago in the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, Acilia Town was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo De Cesaris to maneuver through the defense. Ceferino Dominix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Vago in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 played minutes Rivermania FC got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Perutxo. Rivermania FC's Ceferino Dominix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Vago in the 35th minute of play. 40 minutes into the game, Rivermania FC's Nereo Fresco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Donato Stefano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. A collision led to Rivermania FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Serafino Chuan hit a great ball. Serafino Chuan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Donato Stefano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Fabio Pugliese took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ceferino Dominix. Rivermania FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carmine Contaldi got free with Ceferino Dominix in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 61st minute, Aldo De Cesaris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 62 minutes, Cecilio Senin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rivermania FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cecilio Senin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Armando Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acilia Town's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ceferino Dominix breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carmine Contaldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Serafino Chuan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee ended the match the Rivermania FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
