Spectators: 7491 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sjors Hoekstra started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sjors Hoekstra in the 6th minute of play forced Acilia Town's goalkeeper Donato Stefano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Acilia Town's Donato Stefano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sjors Hoekstra in the 9th minute of play. Sjors Hoekstra scored 1-0 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Donato Stefano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pascall Klaus hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Zijdewind SC's Mario Klompe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Vago in the 16th minute of play. Donato Stefano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sjors Hoekstra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Sipke Kroon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21st minute, Sipke Kroon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Federico Vago took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mario Klompe. Mario Klompe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Donato Stefano made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Jan ter Averst sent off a good shot on target. In the 37thth minute of the game Sjors Hoekstra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Acilia Town's Donato Stefano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Zijdewind SC's Sjors Hoekstra in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Acilia Town's goalie prevented a goal. Donato Stefano came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Zijdewind SC's Sjors Hoekstra. But to his dismay, Sjors Hoekstra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carmine Contaldi was the one to do the kick off. Donato Stefano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sjors Hoekstra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Acilia Town's Federico Vago slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mario Klompe. That made the score 2-2 after 56 minutes of play. After 59 played minutes Acilia Town got a freekick which was hit by Cosimo Lauria. In the 60th minute of the match Pascall Klaus shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Donato Stefano showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Donato Stefano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sjors Hoekstra in the 63rd minute of play. After 65 played minutes Zijdewind SC got a freekick which was hit by Sjors Hoekstra. Ciro Imperatrice's late challenge caught a Zijdewind SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciro Imperatrice helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Acilia Town's Ciro Imperatrice got a free kick in the 66th minute. If Jan ter Averst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sipke Kroon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Stefano having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Zijdewind SC's Jan ter Averst got a free kick in the 76th minute. Donato Stefano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sjors Hoekstra in the 79th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sjors Hoekstra in the 81st minute of play forced Acilia Town's goalkeeper Donato Stefano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mario Klompe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carmine Contaldi in the 82nd minute. In the 87th minute Sjors Hoekstra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Stefano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Acilia Town's goal looked a bit too open when Sjors Hoekstra came free, but Donato Stefano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
