Vladimiros Kaklamanakos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vladimiros Kaklamanakos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urti Machuca in the 15th minute of play. Sotil Labrada was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alexandros Kabanis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 23 minute of play. 25 minutes into the game, Diogenis Kouroupetroglou cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Sotil Labrada was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 28th minute, Tasos Mitsiou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josu Niño in the 29th minute of play forced Liverpool F.C. YNWA's goalkeeper Vladimiros Kaklamanakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 31 minutes into the game, when Tasos Mitsiou put in a rough tackle. Fivos Zachakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th match minute, Atlético San Antonio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robustiano Lanis to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Josu Niño to strike the kick off in the second half. Diogenis Kouroupetroglou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sotil Labrada having to interfere. In the 60th minute Josu Niño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiros Kaklamanakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexandros Kabanis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fivos Zachakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Sotil Labrada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Felo Villalambrus fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlético San Antonio's protests and gave Felo Villalambrus a yellow card for diving instead. Felo Villalambrus kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Atlético San Antonio's goal looked a bit too open when Diogenis Kouroupetroglou came free, but Sotil Labrada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético San Antonio's zone, Alexandros Kabanis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sotil Labrada came out of the goal and Alexandros Kabanis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 79 played minutes Atlético San Antonio got a freekick which was hit by Locaio Senzano. In the 80th minute, Spyros Volakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atlético San Antonio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lorencio Gobantes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Urti Machuca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Vladimiros Kaklamanakos made a huge save. Alexandros Kabanis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sotil Labrada having to interfere. If Fivos Zachakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pelayo Cainzos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vladimiros Kaklamanakos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Atlético San Antonio eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
