When Wanderson Paraíba fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zemantauskas FC's protests and gave Wanderson Paraíba a yellow card for diving instead. In the 6th match minute, Zemantauskas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wanderson Paraíba to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute Jarbas Mesquita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Çağan İstemihan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Zemantauskas FC's Igor Eger got a free kick in the 15th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Hurşit Tamerk kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tiaguinho Carneiro. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. Samet Kose could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Tiaguinho Carneiro made a huge save. 24 minutes into the match, Zemantauskas FC's goalkeeper Tiaguinho Carneiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Samet Kose. Tiaguinho Carneiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samet Kose, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 31st minute, Jarbas Mesquita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Çağan İstemihan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Gökçe Koçaslan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiaguinho Carneiro having to interfere. Çağan İstemihan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonçalo Rossi in the 38th minute of the match. Tiaguinho Carneiro made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Samet Kose sent off a good shot on target. Jarbas Mesquita scored 1-3 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Çağan İstemihan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jarbas Mesquita to make the kick off. Kutlualp Vahip hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. A collision led to KOO Tigers getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Samet Kose hit a great ball. 54 minutes into the match, Jarbas Mesquita dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Çağan İstemihan, 1-4. After 59 minutes, Jarbas Mesquita mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zemantauskas FC and the KOO Tigers players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 59 played minutes Zemantauskas FC got a freekick which was hit by Jarbas Mesquita. In the 69th minute Haroldo Penha suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The supporters of Zemantauskas FC booed when KOO Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Ronaldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. KOO Tigers's Samet Kose got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 75 minutes into the game, Bruninho Mangueira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zemantauskas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KOO Tigers the free kick. Bruninho Mangueira hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match.
