Spectators: 7747 (Terracing: 5812, Seating: 1781, VIP seats: 154) RÖK's Edmundo Valadares started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hamílton Proença charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hamílton Proença the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to RÖK getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Hamílton Proença hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Oskari Ilari made a precise shot to the right of Ramiro Cerezo. RÖK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jakob Andreasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Cerezo having to interfere. If Kurt Lindman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olov Vennerberg hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Júlio Varela managed to get in a good position for a shot. RÖK's supporters rose to their feet, but Júlio Varela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bengt-Åke Håkansson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 30th minute Kurt Lindman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Cerezo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Júlio Varela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Lindman in the 32nd minute of play forced RÖK's goalkeeper Ramiro Cerezo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Roland Åkerberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Heren Istarion's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RÖK the free kick. 37 minutes into the match, The Heren Istarion's goal looked a bit too open when Cesinha Marquez came free, but Bengt-Åke Håkansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Cesinha Marquez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bengt-Åke Håkansson. The Heren Istarion's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cesinha Marquez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Stig-Åke Rydelius kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in The Heren Istarion's zone, Francisco Madureira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bengt-Åke Håkansson came out of the goal and Francisco Madureira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 45 minutes, Bengt-Åke Håkansson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oskari Ilari stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to The Heren Istarion getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Stig-Åke Rydelius hit a great ball. After 63 played minutes RÖK got a freekick which was hit by Júlio Varela. In the 68th minute Hamílton Proença shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt-Åke Håkansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Hamílton Proença sped through The Heren Istarion's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bengt-Åke Håkansson. After 72 played minutes The Heren Istarion got a freekick which was hit by Nils-Erik Blomkvist. 78 minutes into the match, The Heren Istarion's goal looked a bit too open when Cesinha Marquez came free, but Bengt-Åke Håkansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Valadares in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bengt-Åke Håkansson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ramiro Cerezo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Oskari Ilari showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 82 minute of play. Oskari Ilari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cesinha Marquez during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cesinha Marquez hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Kurt Lindman scored 2-4 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ramiro Cerezo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Heren Istarion's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
