Talib Al Enzi hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the game, Bayern Lessa - u21's Ademar Saraiva nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mansour Al Ramzi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emerson Pirani in the 25th minute of play forced Golden Tigers's goalkeeper Mansour Al Ramzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Golden Tigers booed when Bayern Lessa - u21 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bayern Lessa - u21 reached it. If Elias Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Faris Al Shati to make the kick off. After 76 played minutes Golden Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Bandar Al Amer. 78 minutes into the match, Mazinho Couto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mansour Al Ramzi, 2-2. Mansour Al Ramzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Valle in the 81st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Golden Tigers's Mosalam Al Mulaifi got a free kick in the 88th minute. Golden Tigers's Mansour Al Ramzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mazinho Couto in the 89th minute of play. If Mazinho Couto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bandar Al Amer hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The long shot by Wanderson Vides in the 95th minute really tested Mansour Al Ramzi's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Bayern Lessa - u21 players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
