When Chiquinho Schmidt fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Social Anarquia F.C.'s protests and gave Chiquinho Schmidt a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Social Anarquia F.C. getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Chiquinho Schmidt hit a great ball. Jesús Taules who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Armando Guimarães when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 13th minute, Alan Queiroz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brion Bermejo struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Armando Guimarães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Universitario de deportes. Armando Guimarães made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Jesús Taules sent off a good shot on target. 30 minutes into the match, Chiquinho Schmidt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Cayuela. Universitario de deportes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chiquinho Schmidt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 36 minutes into the match, Social Anarquia F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Brion Bermejo came free, but Armando Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Cayuela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dé Valle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the match, Gamus Marcos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Armando Guimarães, 2-1.

The wind increased when Brion Bermejo made the kick off in the second half. Dé Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Cayuela having to interfere. After 57 minutes, Pedro Paulo Faria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Social Anarquia F.C. and the Universitario de deportes players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 57 played minutes Social Anarquia F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Paulo Faria. The audience was convinced that Jesús Taules's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Guimarães was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesús Taules in the 75th minute of play forced Social Anarquia F.C.'s goalkeeper Armando Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chiquinho Schmidt received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ricardo Cayuela came out and tried to block the shot, but Chiquinho Schmidt slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 76th minute. Armando Guimarães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juanito Rosario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Juanito Rosario ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Armando Guimarães was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Brion Bermejo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 92 minutes, Narciso Cerezo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Social Anarquia F.C. and the Universitario de deportes players grew even worse after the yellow card. Narciso Cerezo hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Social Anarquia F.C. defense, Gamus Marcos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Guimarães. The Social Anarquia F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Guimarães should have stopped the shot. Universitario de deportes walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
