Robinho Penha hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Premier FC's Vítor Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Jakobe in the 4th minute of play. Segundo Jaunti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Matos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the match, Premier FC's goalkeeper Vítor Amaral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustaquio Jakobe. Eustaquio Jakobe received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vítor Amaral came out and tried to block the shot, but Eustaquio Jakobe slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Jakobe in the 19th minute of play forced Premier FC's goalkeeper Vítor Amaral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Valdomiro Cearense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Segundo Jaunti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valdomiro Cearense went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Atletas Campesinos F.C. getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Andres Mazuste hit a great ball. In the 35th minute Atletas Campesinos F.C. were awarded a corner. Leo Padro went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 35th match minute, Atletas Campesinos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Abeijon to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th match minute, Premier FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre Matos to maneuver through the defense. Vítor Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Jakobe in the 39th minute of the match. After 41 minutes, Dadá da Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Premier FC and the Atletas Campesinos F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Premier FC's Dadá da Costa got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute, Eustaquio Jakobe fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Eustaquio Jakobe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vítor Amaral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eustaquio Jakobe's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eustaquio Jakobe was the one to do the kick off. Damaso Nataniel kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luís Eduardo Capixaba during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 53 played minutes Premier FC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Eduardo Capixaba. Evaristo Pelagius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th match minute, Premier FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Eduardo Capixaba to maneuver through the defense. Dadá da Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Segundo Jaunti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 77 minutes, Valdomiro Cearense managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Premier FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdomiro Cearense was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Valdomiro Cearense struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Segundo Jaunti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Premier FC. In the 90th minute Eustaquio Jakobe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vítor Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Padro kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s goalkeeper Segundo Jaunti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Dadá da Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Premier FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Atletas Campesinos F.C. had won, even though Premier FC had held more of the ball.
