When Kristian Biörling came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the ZigZag Athletic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kristian Biörling couldn't finish the play. Epifanio Admon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Biörling in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Mudquin FC booed when ZigZag Athletic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Axelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rigoberto Ponce took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wictor Dahlquist. ZigZag Athletic's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, William Axelsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ZigZag Athletic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mudquin FC the free kick. A collision led to ZigZag Athletic getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. William Axelsson hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mudquin FC's zone, Oskar Östman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Epifanio Admon came out of the goal and Oskar Östman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute, Kristian Biörling hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Mudquin FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Arnulfo Eguerdi hit a great ball. Epifanio Admon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sten Mellberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rigoberto Ponce to strike the kick off in the second half. Kristian Biörling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Epifanio Admon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oskar Östman during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 51st minute, Oskar Östman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Epifanio Admon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Mudquin FC defense, Christian Hegg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Epifanio Admon. The Mudquin FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Epifanio Admon should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Östman in the 87th minute of play forced Mudquin FC's goalkeeper Epifanio Admon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Mudquin FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Cayetano Velasco hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ZigZag Athletic fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mudquin FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
