In the 3rd minute, Paolo Fero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sirius Dog fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Primitivo Urtzi came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Sirius Dog fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Primitivo Urtzi couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Sirius Dog's Elvio Gauargi got a free kick in the 10th minute. The supporters of U.D. Mancini booed when Sirius Dog was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Eneas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, U.D. Mancini's Thomas Jimenez broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 16 played minutes U.D. Mancini got a freekick which was hit by Inguma Baños. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belarmo Bartumeu in the 19th minute of play forced Sirius Dog's goalkeeper Iker Indar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iker Indar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belarmo Bartumeu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, U.D. Mancini's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Fero came free, but Kiko Fabelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kiko Fabelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustino Padro, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After a rather tough play, U.D. Mancini's Zigor Lastras got a free kick in the 31st minute. Elvio Gauargi hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. A collision led to Sirius Dog getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Paolo Fero hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Belarmo Bartumeu in the 41st minute of play forced Sirius Dog's goalkeeper Iker Indar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Faustino Padro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomás Garikoitz was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 46 minutes into the match. When the match had been going on for 49 minutes, U.D. Mancini's Thomas Jimenez got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Iker Indar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 55th minute Paolo Fero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kiko Fabelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sirius Dog's Iker Indar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zigor Lastras in the 60th minute of play. After 63 played minutes Sirius Dog got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Gauargi. Paolo Fero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Sirius Dog walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
