Paulino Velasques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Maule having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Raul Espírito Santo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ɍυƒυs™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 21st minute, Eustaquio Tiadoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the match, Bendito Sea El Fernet's goalkeeper Tomás Maule had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raul Espírito Santo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raul Espírito Santo got free with Tomás Maule in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 45 played minutes Bendito Sea El Fernet got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Igon. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Marcial Rosio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Horácio Caiado. Ɍυƒυs™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcial Rosio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The supporters of Ɍυƒυs™ booed when Bendito Sea El Fernet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Tipi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomás Maule made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Carvalheira in the 59th minute of play. Horácio Caiado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Rosio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jesualdo Castelo Branco fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ɍυƒυs™'s protests and gave Jesualdo Castelo Branco a yellow card for diving instead. Ɍυƒυs™'s Horácio Caiado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Ɍυƒυs™ from getting a goal against them. In the 75th minute Adolfo Carvalheira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Maule saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Raul Espírito Santo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ɍυƒυs™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1.
