Zeledon Ferran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romeo Ubarna went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Isidoro Lluis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Mikolas in the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Hugo Mirande got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zeledon Ferran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romeo Ubarna, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Zeledon Ferran made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Diego Piarres sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romeo Ubarna got free with Zeledon Ferran in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cayetano Gaitanos short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Zeledon Ferran to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cayetano Gaitano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Zeledon Ferran made a huge save. Zeledon Ferran made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angel Izotz in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute, Melquiades Hurko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidoro Lluis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.

After some careless play in the Boxitracio FC defense, Hugo Mirande kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isidoro Lluis. The Boxitracio FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isidoro Lluis should have stopped the shot. Boxitracio FC were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Terremoto FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Diego Piarres took the corner. Reynaldo Mikolas took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isidoro Lluis. Isidoro Lluis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. The supporters of Terremoto FC booed when Boxitracio FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Gaitano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melquiades Hurko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulises Guzman kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. When Jesus Fero fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boxitracio FC's protests and gave Jesus Fero a yellow card for diving instead. After 91 played minutes Boxitracio FC got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Fero. 97 minutes into the match, Boxitracio FC's goalkeeper Isidoro Lluis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugo Mirande. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Terremoto FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
