Mikolaj Degutis started the match with the kick off. The supporters of SS SuperSonics booed when Acercate Y Patea de Lejos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualterio Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute Bambang Bamba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Raebert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Acercate Y Patea de Lejos defense, Bambang Bamba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Delmiro Raebert. The Acercate Y Patea de Lejos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Delmiro Raebert should have stopped the shot. After taking down the ball on Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's corner Amancio Gaizkine fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kazimierz Kazanowski quite easily take care of the ball. In the 35th minute, Santo Ciceron left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Acercate Y Patea de Lejos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bambang Bamba in the 42nd minute of play forced Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's goalkeeper Delmiro Raebert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Cirilo Florinio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Bambang Bamba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 95th minute of the match, Clodoveo Abecia sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Kazimierz Kazanowski showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SS SuperSonics fans cheered their team off the field, for while Acercate Y Patea de Lejos had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
