The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of Acercate Y Patea de Lejos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of MUSHIBA FC:s goal. Delmiro Raebert had in the 39thth minute some difficulties stopping Luciano Baptista's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 48th minute of the game, José Maria Figueiredo landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. In the 49th minute, Santo Ciceron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half MUSHIBA FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tiaguinho Luz to strike the kick off in the second half. Delmiro Raebert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luciano Baptista in the 62nd minute. Delmiro Raebert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiaguinho Luz in the 65th minute of play. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos made a substitution. Humberto Salvator replaced Santo Ciceron.
