David Fernandes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 7 played minutes Samyang Ramen got a freekick which was hit by Starkaður Smakaev. Eg Nudel was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tony Dias. David Fernandes's late challenge caught a Samyang Ramen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Fernandes helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Samyang Ramen booed when Carrapichel - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edson Bertassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Starkaður Smakaev in the 14th minute of the match. Abel de Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eg Nudel having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Starkaður Smakaev in the 23rd minute of play forced Carrapichel - FDFDF's goalkeeper Edson Bertassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edson Bertassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Myr in the 24th minute of the match. After 26 played minutes Carrapichel - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Cléberson de Amaral. After 27 played minutes, Samyang Ramen's Emil Grönberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edson Bertassi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Samyang Ramen reached it. Samyang Ramen's Eg Nudel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Dias in the 29th minute of play. Christian Hansson kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Myr in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edson Bertassi saved Carrapichel - FDFDF from getting behind. Emil Grönberg kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Carrapichel - FDFDF's Tony Dias broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Samyang Ramen were furious when Emil Grönberg was red carded, 39 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 39th minute, one of Samyang Ramen:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Samyang Ramen. After a rather tough play, Samyang Ramen's Petter Esbjörnsson got a free kick in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luís Moldavsky to strike the kick off in the second half. Edson Bertassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Myr in the 53rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abel de Barros in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eg Nudel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58th minute, Starkaður Smakaev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edson Bertassi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Samyang Ramen made a substitution. Rudolf Öfverman replaced Christian Hansson. In the 66th minute of the match, Starkaður Smakaev tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Edson Bertassi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 67 minutes into the game, Kléberson Camargo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carrapichel - FDFDF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Samyang Ramen the free kick. In the 68th match minute, Carrapichel - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kléberson Camargo to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the game, Tony Dias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carrapichel - FDFDF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Samyang Ramen the free kick. Carrapichel - FDFDF's Edson Bertassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Starkaður Smakaev in the 84th minute of play. If David Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Starkaður Smakaev in the 87th minute of play forced Carrapichel - FDFDF's goalkeeper Edson Bertassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Carrapichel - FDFDF booed when Samyang Ramen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michael Malm didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute Abel de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eg Nudel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Samyang Ramen getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Rudolf Öfverman hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Samyang Ramen defense, Luís Moldavsky kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eg Nudel. The Samyang Ramen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eg Nudel should have stopped the shot.
