Thanks to some nice moves Lukas Martinsson could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Claes Caspersson however easily saved by the left post. Björn Hammarbäck struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Frederic Gschwendtner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cheetah Team. Frederic Gschwendtner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Björn Hammarbäck in the 23rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lukas Martinsson got free with Claes Caspersson in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lukas Martinsson in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claes Caspersson saved Cheetah Team from getting behind. The throw-in from Per-Olof Brolin in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cheetah Team's Sivert Nord. The supporters of ZigZag Athletic booed when Cheetah Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Björn Hammarbäck didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lukas Martinsson got free with Claes Caspersson in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lukas Martinsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claes Caspersson having to make a save. Cheetah Team's Claes Caspersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Cheetah Team from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ćiro Immobile stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Cheetah Team's zone, Lukas Martinsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claes Caspersson came out of the goal and Lukas Martinsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Cheetah Team getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Cheetah Team's Sivert Nord managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Per-Olof Brolin in the 66 minute of the game. Claes Caspersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukas Martinsson in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, Cheetah Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sivert Nord to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rasmus Botvidsson got free with Frederic Gschwendtner in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Lukas Martinsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claes Caspersson was relentless in the 87th minute of the game.
