Morro Grande E.C's Gláuber Brodel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Loarte in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Morro Grande E.C's Joel Oliveira got a free kick in the 20th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Morro Grande E.C's goalkeeper Gláuber Brodel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eriberto Capixaba. In the 21st minute Marcos Ramalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Urbez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gláuber Brodel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Hélder Velasco took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erasmo Urbez. Erasmo Urbez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Morro Grande E.C's Gláuber Brodel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Morro Grande E.C from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elivélton Teixeira in the 35th minute of play forced Morro Grande E.C's goalkeeper Gláuber Brodel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Leon Sport Club's Jon Loarte in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Morro Grande E.C's goalie prevented a goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 51st minute, Marcel Ramos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elivélton Teixeira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gláuber Brodel having to make a save. Gláuber Brodel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovanni Massa, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 64th minute of the match Eriberto Capixaba sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gláuber Brodel skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Morro Grande E.C's Cláudio Braga got a free kick in the 64th minute. Gláuber Brodel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jon Loarte's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jon Loarte in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gláuber Brodel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 76th minute, Jon Loarte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leon Sport Club made a substitution. Davi Alexandridis replaced Giovanni Massa. Gláuber Brodel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcel Ramos went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Leon Sport Club's Eriberto Capixaba got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
