After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Ian Botelho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kit Kat FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ian Botelho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Enzo Del Pizzo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ian Botelho in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enzo Del Pizzo saved JEMBer UTara from getting behind. Jorge Vaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Del Pizzo having to interfere. Enzo Del Pizzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Botelho in the 17th minute of play. Ian Botelho might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enzo Del Pizzo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ian Botelho ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kit Kat FC's goalkeeper Omar Motta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Enzo Del Pizzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iker Chan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Pedro Donatello got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Enzo Del Pizzo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kit Kat FC's Omar Motta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Kit Kat FC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 43 minutes, Lionel-Andrés Messi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JEMBer UTara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lionel-Andrés Messi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ian Botelho to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Kit Kat FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Jorge Vaz hit a great ball. Kit Kat FC's Omar Motta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 53rd minute of play. After 54 played minutes JEMBer UTara got a freekick which was hit by Rolly Salisbury. Enzo Del Pizzo made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Ian Botelho sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorge Vaz got free with Enzo Del Pizzo in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd minute, Kit Kat FC's Jorge Vaz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. Omar Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 69th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Omar Motta saved Kit Kat FC from getting behind. JEMBer UTara's Ren Dang quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ramiro Lima, made in the 72nd minute of the game. 73 minutes into the match, Kit Kat FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lionel-Andrés Messi came free, but Omar Motta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 75th minute of play forced Kit Kat FC's goalkeeper Omar Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lionel-Andrés Messi took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Omar Motta. Omar Motta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Kit Kat FC's Carlos Eduardo Dantas was substituted for Iker Chan. When Lionel-Andrés Messi came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the JEMBer UTara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lionel-Andrés Messi couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the game, Mukti Sugandi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. JEMBer UTara's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kit Kat FC the free kick. The supporters of Kit Kat FC booed when JEMBer UTara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mukti Sugandi didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lionel-Andrés Messi in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Omar Motta saved Kit Kat FC from getting behind. Enzo Del Pizzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Donatello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
