Regis Sanabre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 麦辰然 in the 16th minute of play. ⭐Faroe Stars⭐'s Regis Sanabre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 麦辰然 in the 18th minute of play. With an all-out effort, ⭐Faroe Stars⭐'s 石渊松 threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jojo Prima, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 22nd minute, Stavros Nasiopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Regis Sanabre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gheorghe Mihele, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, 傅超岩 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 石渊松 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jojo Prima in the 27th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, ⭐Faroe Stars⭐'s goal looked a bit too open when Gheorghe Mihele came free, but Regis Sanabre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Regis Sanabre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 麦辰然, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Regis Sanabre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gheorghe Mihele, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jojo Prima in the 37th minute of play forced 广州太阳神足球俱乐部's goalkeeper 石渊松 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carel Maertens charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carel Maertens the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to 广州太阳神足球俱乐部 getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Carel Maertens hit a great ball. Mujahid Choo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but 石渊松 made a huge save.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gheorghe Mihele made a kick off. 石渊松 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mujahid Choo's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Gheorghe Mihele did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Regis Sanabre 93 minutes into the match.
