With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Augusto Arósio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Nichifor Codruț had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zemantauskas FC's Carlos Augusto Arósio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Zemantauskas FC from getting a goal against them. In the 34th minute Luiz Fabiano Pombal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Manafu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Nichifor Codruț managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dé Siqueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Sebastian Manafu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Sebastian Manafu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fabiano Pombal in the 69th minute of the match. Carlos Augusto Arósio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Bacalbașa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Zemantauskas FC booed when F.C.BARLAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcu Filimon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zemantauskas FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
