After 2 played minutes Gräskraft BK got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Erik Gudmundsson. Luc Van Hinnendael stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pieter Eringa's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niklas Sundström in the 14th minute of play forced FC Bruges's goalkeeper Luc Van Hinnendael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Niklas Sundström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Luc Van Hinnendael was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luc Van Hinnendael made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Niklas Sundström sent off a good shot on target. 20 minutes into the match, Gräskraft BK's goal looked a bit too open when Shen Sang Hao came free, but 马棋凌 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Bruges's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Philip Verhasselt in the 22nd minute. After taking down the ball on FC Bruges's corner Philip Verhasselt fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and 马棋凌 quite easily take care of the ball. Ingvar Lindberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luc Van Hinnendael read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute of the match, Edwin Brogren got a very nice opportunity to score, but Luc Van Hinnendael was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 28th minute Ingvar Lindberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luc Van Hinnendael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Gräskraft BK's goal looked a bit too open when Shen Sang Hao came free, but 马棋凌 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Pieter Eringa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luc Van Hinnendael. Pieter Eringa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 34 minutes into the game, FC Bruges's Shen Sang Hao nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 马棋凌 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. With a little luck, FC Bruges's Luc Van Hinnendael got control of the ball when Niklas Sundström tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Bruges's Luc Van Hinnendael proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save FC Bruges from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 53rdth minute of the game Shen Sang Hao who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gräskraft BK's 马棋凌 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 马棋凌 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Shen Sang Hao's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. If Shen Shi Mo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the match, FC Bruges's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Sundström came free, but Luc Van Hinnendael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shen Sang Hao's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, 马棋凌 skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Luc Van Hinnendael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Brogren in the 61st minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, FC Bruges's goal looked a bit too open when Pieter Eringa came free, but Luc Van Hinnendael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwin Brogren in the 64th minute of play forced FC Bruges's goalkeeper Luc Van Hinnendael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, FC Bruges's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Sundström came free, but Luc Van Hinnendael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Shen Sang Hao in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 马棋凌 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 79 minutes into the game, Gräskraft BK's Niklas Sundström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luc Van Hinnendael made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. Shen Shi Mo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 马棋凌 having to interfere. If Ken Brogren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luc Van Hinnendael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pieter Eringa in the 94th minute of play. Niklas Sundström struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Luc Van Hinnendael didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gräskraft BK. Gräskraft BK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
