AFC Eskilstuna's Sigvard Mellbad managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Emil Budzynski in the 23 minute of the game. In the 29th minute AFC Eskilstuna were awarded a corner. Dennis Nordgren went to the cornerflag to take it. Holger Kielstedt made a great header on AFC Eskilstuna's corner, it was just that AKS Chorzów's Iwan Fafinski managed to reach the ball for a save. After 35 minutes of play, AFC Eskilstuna's Elliot Termander made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 54th minute of the match, Elliot Termander got a very nice opportunity to score, but Iwan Fafinski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Olaf Sokol kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Dan Njurenius had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iwan Fafinski. AKS Chorzów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dan Njurenius was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. AKS Chorzów's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Elliot Termander scored to the left of an out of position Iwan Fafinski, making the score, 0-8. 83 minutes into the game, Herbert Okraszewski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AKS Chorzów's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AFC Eskilstuna the free kick. After 83 played minutes AKS Chorzów got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Okraszewski. Iwan Fafinski made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Elliot Termander sent off a good shot on target. In the 91st minute, Sigvard Mellbad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AFC Eskilstuna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. Iwan Fafinski was a little too slow when Sigvard Mellbad got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 0-11.
